Vision Fellowship Ministries is an inclusive online community of faith dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth and fostering love and compassion among its members. We believe in the power of unity and the transformational impact of trust.
Founded in 2009 as a humble online initiative, our goal was simple: break down geographical barriers and embrace individuals from diverse backgrounds into a virtual micro-church experience. Over the years, that vision has grown into a thriving community where faith, genuine fellowship, and a commitment to growth continue to flourish.

The People Behind the Mission
Meet the heart and soul of Vision Fellowship — dedicated individuals committed to providing support, guidance, and prayer for the spiritual well-being of our community.
I am called to community ministry and faith formation. I am the lead pastor at Spirit's Way Community Ministry in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Through this Ministry, I have performed weddings and reaffirmations of faith ceremonies on the beach of Lake Michigan. Additionally, I have performed several memorials and other spiritual ceremonies and services.
I believe that all people are God's children and must be cared for so that each child feels God's love and spirit. My ministry is fully inclusive and open to all persons of all faiths.
My husband, Ron, and I have been married for over 20 years and reside in the Cudahy community. We have a blended family of five grown children, 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and our brindle terrier, Cherry.
I'm Fred Claus — Executive Director of Vision Fellowship Ministries and a bi-vocational pastor with a passion for faith, community, and technology. I hold a PhD in Cybersecurity with over 25 years of IT experience, which I bring to bear through our Cyber Savvy program and digital literacy initiatives.
At VFMI, I facilitate our bi-monthly Bible discussions, oversee digital literacy training and community support, and provide pastoral care to the people we serve. I also teach cybersecurity as an adjunct professor and operate Husky Logic — dedicated to protecting small businesses and nonprofits across Western New York.
I find deep joy in the intersection of faith and technology — believing that both have the power to transform lives when put in service of others.
